Hello, I'm
Jahnvi.
Founder · Biochemist · Educator · 10 years of tutoring in Regina
Meet the Founder
I am a graduate of the University of Regina with a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, and I have been teaching in Regina for the past 10 years. I have worked with high school students, elementary students, and adult learners across a wide range of subjects — Math, English, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, History, Anthropology, and more.
Whether I was studying as an undergraduate student or working as a Lab Scientist at the Provincial Lab, one thing has always remained constant: my love for tutoring.
Outside of teaching, you can find me binge-watching sitcoms, cuddling with my dog, cooking elaborate meals, or chasing the mountains — they are always calling me!
I love learning, and I love helping others understand the fascinating things I have learned.
But I wasn't always a confident learner.
Even though my mom is a widely loved math teacher, I struggled with math in school. I know firsthand what it feels like to be frustrated by a subject you keep trying to understand. To preserve our bond, my mom eventually sought help from her friend — a math and science tutor. She was the one who finally went to the depth of the problem, strengthened my fundamentals, gave me space to ask questions, and provided me with an environment where learning felt possible.
Thirteen-year-old Jahnvi would never have believed that she would not only go on to perform at the top of her class, but also become a tutor who now confidently teaches complex math concepts like calculus and trigonometry.
That experience shaped the way I teach today.
“I believe children learn best from people they not only respect, but also connect with.”
My mission is to create a space where students feel comfortable asking questions, confident enough to face challenges, motivated to persevere, and proud as they see their progress firsthand.
Every time students attend class, I want them to leave with stronger understanding, greater confidence, and valuable skills they can carry forward.
